Jack Nicholson doesn't concede to Morgan Freeman. With "winning" he means "having an afterlife". He says "I don't believe in an afterlife, but if i'm wrong, at least i have (win) an afterlife". It's somewhat like a <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pascals_wager" rel="nofollow">'pascals wager'</a>, with the bets inverted: If i'm right, i'm right, if i'm wrong i have an afterlife, so i place my bets like this and win either way.
